Credit Card: For your protection, we need you to sign the credit card payment form upon receipt and return it with verification of legal identification (e.g. copy of your passport or driver’s license) after your credit card has been charged. We will inform you in advance of purchase of any credit card fees that may apply.
Bank transfer: Payment can be sent to our company bank accounts. Our representative will send you detailed information for the booking process including bank transfer details. Please note our rates do not include the transfer costs of your bank or their agents. Please be sure that all costs paid additionally!
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made in writing directly to TSC Travel. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of airfare, hotel bookings, or any other extra services which have been made directly by the client.The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified for all land packages, tours and programs;
Prior to arrival:
Charge 60 days or more: 10% of selling price (Administrative Fee)
59-46 days: non-refundable deposit 35% of selling price
45-21 days: 50% of selling price
20-0 days: 100% of selling price

The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified for tours that include a Cruise program:

If you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We are unable to make refunds for absences from a tour, including but not limited to missed meals or entrance tickets.
Flight/ferry/train/bus tickets are not included in the above cancellation policy. Once your program is confirmed and the tickets are purchased, any changes to the dates of the program will incur a change fee or in case of cancellation, (this is additional to the service fee), 100% cancellation fee for the tickets will be incurred regardless of the above cancellation policy. When and How I will receive my tour documents?
Travel documents and electronic flight tickets are usually sent 21 days prior to departure. However, you will receive tour vouchers, maps, ferry, bus or train tickets and other required information upon arrival in Turkey. This will be included in a welcome package waiting for you upon arrival at your hotel

Welcome to Istanbul. After a private transfer to the hotel, a welcome package with tour vouchers, map, and other information will be waiting for you upon arrival. There are no plans for this day because group members will arrive at different times but you can explore the neighborhood or book into an optional Turkish bath.

Today’s agenda is a full day city tour including the magnificent St Sophia Museum, Byzantine Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, and the large Grand Bazaar. After lunch, visit Topkapi Palace including the Imperial Treasury, gardens, and Sultan’s kitchen. Free time is given in the evening.

Visit the Spice Market, where locals still shop for herbs and spices mostly coming from Far & Middle East. Take an enjoyable cruise along the Bosphorus Strait. You will be dropped off at your hotel for free leisure time in the afternoon.

After an early domestic flight to Ankara, we will visit the museum exhibiting artifacts from Anatolia’s early occupants until the times of the Roman Empire. We will continue to Catalhoyuk, the earliest known human community in the world, the collection of Hittite tablets and the grave of Gordios from the age of King Midas. The last landmark we will see is the Mausoleum of Ataturk the founder of the Turkish Republic and a national hero. Road transport will then be used to take us to Cappadocia and our cave hotel.

Book an optional hot air balloon tour if you do not mind getting up early. Later, we will visit Devrent and Pasabagi valleys, Avanos town, Kaymakli underground city, Goreme Open Air Museum and Uchisar castle.

We will leave Cappadocia, stopping in Konya on the way to see the Mevlana Museum sheltering the tomb of Rumî, known to his followers as Mevlana, a Muslim poet, and mystic. Finally, arrive in Pamukkale, the oldest spa center in the world and check into your hotel.

Today, the first visit will be to Hierapolis, to see the large Roman necropolis, the Great Baths, Frontinus Street, Theatre, Martyrion of St. Phillip, Cleopatra’s pool and travertines of Pamukkale. After lunch, drive to Selcuk for visiting the Temple of Artemis that was one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Then stroll in the world-famous Ancient City of Ephesus, including the Arcadian Way, Roman Baths, Temple of Hadrian, Celsius Library, and the Antique Theatre. Finally see The House of the Virgin Mary, where she lived her last years and the Basilica of St John. Check into your hotel in Kusadasi for dinner and stay overnight.

An early departure for Bergama to see Asclepion of Galen, the Acropolis including the Altar of Zeus, which is said to be “the place where Satan has his throne”, the library of Athena, and the antique-theatre with a rolling stage. Then we will head north to visit Troy, the legendary city of love, war, and bravery. Our accommodation for the night will be in the nearby town of Canakkale.

We will head across the Dardanelles (Hellespont) strait by ferry to reach the Gallipoli Peninsula where thousands of soldiers were killed or wounded during the nine-month Gallipoli Campaign (1915-1916). Then continue to Istanbul and check into your hotel for your final night.

After breakfast, enjoy your private transfer to the airport, marking the end of the tour. Alternatively, extend your stay to visit the ancient and significant site of Gobeklitepe.
